Hello my adoring fans and loyal readers! Welcome to another Rosas Report! Today I'm going to talking to you about one of the most brutal matches I've ever been in, not to mention one of my favorites. The tag team Ladder Match from LCW Tension Rising on May 29th, 2011. It was wasn't my first ladder match but it was definately the hardest. Let me give you a little background.
In LCW, Lucha Machine and I (Collectively known as the Silver Heart Radicalz) (If you didn't know that go to http://www.silverheartradicalz.com/ for more info.) are a pair of sex-crazed, party-loving good guys who love tequila, women and having just a great time.
The good times were put on hold for about seven months while we struggled and feuded with theses guys...
ORDER 66
Robbie Phoenx and Damian Arsenick
Along with their manager Roscoe P. Tucker, Order 66 terrorized and bulldozed the competition in LCW on their Anti-Lucha Campaign...that is until they crossed paths with the Silver Heart Radicalz.
It was a brutal rivalry so sit back an relax and I'll show you how I went from this....
...to this.
It all started when Lucha Machine and I decided to save Angel and his BFF Amanda from Order 66. and fro that point on we became the number one target for Roscoe and his boys.
Order 66 used every cheap tactic in the book to gain the advantage over us.
But we wouldn't allow ourselves to simply roll over and die. So we took the fight right back to Order 66.
The tide would keep going back and forth. With Roscoe P. Tucker in Order 66's corner we could never get a clear advantage.
As the weeks went by, the matches kept escalating in violence...
See Roscoe back there just being a thorn in our side.
Those bastards even injured my arm.
As you can imagine it was getting extremely personal...
So the mangement at LCW decided to suspend Roscoe P. Tucker due to his constant interference. But even with a level playing field, what we though would be our final battle ended in draw. Order 66 cried foul and demanded their manager back. So the contract of Roscoe P. Tucker was up for grabs in a Ladder Match. If Order 66 grabbed the contract then Rosco returns if the Silver Heart Radicalz grabbed the contract hen Roscoe would be gone forever.
Within the first minute of the match, this happened. It pretty much set the tone for the brutality that followed.
Watch out Lucha Machine!
When it looked as if I had the match won, Damian slides a glass bear mug to Robby who then shatters it in my face.
I almost wasn't able to continue due to the little glass shards in my eye.
Crimson Mask.
I was able to muscle it out and take out both members of Order 66 with a big risk that paid off in spades.
Lucha Machine was able to secure the contract and win the match.
Victory was ours and Roscoe was banished forver. But it didn't come without a price...
At some point during the match, I dislocated my left shoulder. I don't really know exactly when or how but I'm assuming it was...
...here.
I didn't go to a Doctor right away but I should have. I didn't end up going until about a week and half later. That's after I ended up wrestling the whole following weekend.
Mach 1 on Friday in Anaheim...
EWF on Saturday in San Bernadino...
and NWA Hollywood in...ya know Hollywood on Sunday. Just one week from the Ladder Match.
I didn't get my shoulder put back in place until that following Thursday. 11 days after I had injured it. It was terrible. I couldn't sleep and I could hardly move. Sadly, I hardly hit the gym and as a result I lost some weight. But in the end that ladder match will still be one of my favorite matches. Wait until you hear about my Table Match from IWL. Make sure to check out the video below. It recaps the entire Order 66/SHRz feud, shows some highlights from the Ladder Match and shows the celebration and aftermath.
